Blueberry and cardamon sauce

    Wash the blueberries and put to one side. Heat the syrup in a pan over a low heat until runny. Then, pour in the blueberries.

    Crush the cardamon pods, and pour in when some juices have been released from the berries. Stir slowly, then leave to heat for a few minutes, or until the juices and syrup have mixed to make a dark reddish colour.

    Take off the heat. Voila! All done!

  • Approx. 8 Cardamon pods
