Instructions

    Spray pan with cooking spray. Spread hashbrowns in bottom of pan and add salt & pepper. Mix 1 stick melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour scream and chopped onion. Pour mixture on top of hashbrowns. Cover top of casserole with crushed corn flakes, salt and pepper. Add 2nd stick of melted butter to the top. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes.
