Instructions

    Whisk first nine ingredients in large bowl.

    Let sit while preparing the vegetables.

    Thinly sliced Cabbage, and again to creat slaw.

    Grate carrot and add to Cabbage.
  5. 5
    Chop green onion and add to Cabbage and carrots.
  6. 6
    Whisk dressing to mix, adding vegetables and storing to incorporate.
  7. 7
    Stir in chopped peanuts and refrigerate.

    Refrigerates beautifully and better after sitting overnight!

  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Corriander
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Tumeric
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Head thinly sliced Green Cabbage
  • 2 chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Large Grated Carrot
