Spiced chicken pasta

Instructions

    For the marinade mix three parts of oil for every one part wine used.

    Add in your flavourings and salt to taste.

    Marinate the chicken in this and leave for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

    Bake in a 200 degrees oven until golden brown. Use any sauce from the marinade to cook the pasta, using water to top up the pot.

    Put the pasta around the edge of the bowls or plates and place the chicken on top. You can have a salad on the side if you like. Enjoy while still hot.
