    In a ceramic baking dish layer crushed crackers and cheese to top of dish. Pour evaporated milk over layers until full. Let sit, crackers will absorb some of the milk. Top off with remaining milk. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, or until cheese is melted and milk is no longer runny.
