Instructions

    Take all the seasonings and mix them up. Shake it!

    Chop the listed amounts of green bell pepper, onion and garlic cloves.

    Brown the beef

    Open up all the cans and mix them together in a pot
  5. 5
    Add drained browned ground beef to the pot
  6. 6
    Clean your skillet and get ready to sauté the veggies ( bell pepper, onion and garlic). Pro tip: use coconut oil for this, if you have it available.

    Done sautéing? Add the veggies to the pot.

    Add the sexy seasoning mix and separately add a few healthy pinches of brown sugar.

    Add Beer to the pot (generous amount)

    Bring the whole pot to a boil. Then reduce heat and let the concoction simmer for as many hours as you can. Stir occasionally.

    Optional: Add some shredded sharp cheddar before eating

  • 1 Normal Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Large Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can of diced tomatos
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Onion (Vidalia)
  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 2 white or red kidney beans (1 each)
  • 2 tbsp Seasoning: Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning: Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning: Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning: Cayenne pepper
  • 4 tsp Seasoning: Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Seasoning: Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Seasoning: Basil
  • 2 tsp Seasoning: Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Seasoning: All purpose flour
  • 1/3 can Beer
  • 200g Mushrooms
