Mars Bar Slice

    Step 1: Grease and line the base and sides of a 20 x 30cm slice pan or baking tray with baking paper.

    Step 2: Chop the Mars bars finely.

    Step 3: Combine the butter and Mars bars in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon until Mars bars and butter have melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and pour mixture into a large bowl.

    Step 4: Stir in 3 cups of rice bubbles until well combined.

    Step 5: Spoon mixture into the prepared pan/tray, using the back of a spoon to smooth the surface. Set aside for 1 hour to cool completely.

    Step 6: Place the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 15 second at a time until melted. Pour chocolate over the top of the slice to evenly coat.

    Step 7: Set aside for 30 minutes to set or refridgerate for 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
