Grilled Soyaki Chicken & Broccoli

    Place chicken in gallon-sized Ziplock bag with half bottle of Island Soyaki. Let marinade in refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.

    Preheat grill

    Cut broccoli into florets and place into a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil and garlic salt. Using heavy duty aluminum foil, make a double layer and place broccoli in center and enclose into a packet.

    Place broccoli foil packet in grill for 10-15 minutes. Remove from grill or place on high shelf in grill away from direct heat.

    While broccoli is cooking, add marinated chicken to grill. Allow chicken to reach internal temp of 165 degrees (10-12 minutes, depending on chicken thickness). Flip halfway through.
