Blue Cheese Stuffed Burger (4 Burgers)

Instructions

    Combine Blue Cheese and Cream Cheese Into a bowl mix
  2. 2
    Season meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper then make in 8 flat patties.

    Place some of the Blue Cheese mixture onto 4 patties. Use the other 4 as tops press edges until sealed. Reform patty for thickness.

    Place burgers on a medium heat skillet for 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. 5
    Serve on toasted Pretzel Buns topped with Bacon.
