    Boil chicken, handful of cilantro, chicken broth, oregano and 1/4 of the onion, until chicken is fully cooked. When fully cooked, shred chicken and put back in broth.

    While food is boiling and cooking, chop up 1/2 of onion, radishes, cilantro and limes and set aside. This will be what you will top off your soup when you serve.

    Suggestion: to add some heat you can add hot sauce or jalapenos to this dish.

  • 16 oz Chicken Broth Low Sodium
  • Enough to cover Chicken Water
  • 1 tbls oregano
  • to taste salt
