Cabbage and Sausage Soup

Instructions

    Saute Sausage, Onion, and garlic in Olive Oil until sausage is browned

    Add Carrots, Cabbage, & Leeks, saute until cabbage and leeks are slightly wilted (to your liking). While sauteing, season the pot with salt, table blend seasoning, pepper
  3. 3
    Add both stocks, and rice (if you want to add). Then season a second time (to your liking). Bring to boil, cover, and simmer until rice is done. (About 15 minutes)

    Add Navy beans, hot sauce (to taste), and pepper (to taste)

  • 7/8 Cups Onions
  • 3/4 Teaspoons Salt
  • 7/8 Cups Carrot
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 Pk Sausage of Choice
  • 16 oz Can Navy Beans
  • 2 Leeks
  • 4 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • To taste Table Blend
  • To taste Hot Sauce
  • To taste Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Wild Rice (option)
  • 2 Tb Olive Oil
