Bisquick Cinnamon Coffee Muffins

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375. Line muffin cups and spray with non stick spray.

    Combine first 8 ingredients, reserving 1 Tb of sugar for later.

    Reserving 1 cup of batter, fill muffin cups about halfway full.
  4. 4
    In remaining batter, stir in last Tb of sugar and the cinnamon. Drizzle equal amounts of cinnamon batter over tops of the filled muffin cups. Using a toothpick, swirl the two batters together but not so much as to combine thoroughly.

    Bake 15-18 minutes or until a new toothpick, inserted in the center of a muffin, emerges clean. Allow to cool slightly before eating.

    Makes 12.
