    This is a traditional Mexican Enchilada, first of all you mix the flour with the eggs to create a liquid substance. After that get the blender and blend it, then create a little ball with it furthermore spread it out and put it on the stove. After you have the tortilla ready start cooking the meat, add olive oil to that and table salt, just 1/4 of a cup. Dont leave it more than 10 minutes, after that you cook the beans, you have to probably leave those boiling for 30 minutes until they ready. Add the meat to the tortilla and then add the beans, since its hot you will add the cheddar cheese right away so that it can easily melt. You can choose to add guacamole, onions, ginger, garlic, etc if that's your choice. Rolled it up and you have a nice homemade sincronizda.
