Instructions

    Heat: Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Also, set oven to 450 degrees.

    Relish: Combine mayonnaise, garlic, 2 tsp. paprika, and sweet pickle relish in medium bowl and put aside.

    Patties: Combine ground beef, 1/3 relish mix, onion, 2 tsp. smoked paprika, A-1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cheese and flour in large bowl.

    Cooking: Divide meat mixture into (6) equal patties (should be 1/4 lb. patties). Place patties on heated preheated griddle. Be sure not to touch patties once they are set on the griddle or they will fall apart. Let cook for 8-10 minutes. Carefully flip patties and cook an additional 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, cut Chipotta rolls in half. Place cut side up on baking sheet. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and place in oven until break is slightly crispy (8-10 minutes). Generously spread relish on each half of bread. Carefully place patties on relished break (meat should be falling apart). Top patties with lettuce and tomato. Serve with tater tots, fries or potato chips.
