Instructions

    Place flour in a bowl cut tenderloin horizontally in half sprinkle with pepper , dip in flour to coat both sides shake off excess

    in a large skillet heat oil and 1 tablespoon of butter of med heat and turkey cook

    remove from pan keep warm

    in the same pan heat more butter over medium high heat and ham. and other ingredients

    then add the wine. serve over rice
