Instructions

    Finely chop the onion and fry in the olive oil until soft.

    Add the tomato puree and garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds, while constantly stirring.
  3. 3
    Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, herbs, salt and pepper. Reduce the temperature to minimum and cook for 30 mins, stirring occasionaly.

    If using pepproni, chop into small peices and add a few mins before the end.

    When the sauce is nearing completion, boil some pasta to acompany.

  • 0.5 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Pepperoni (Optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
