Stuffed Bell Peppers Topped with Cheese!

Instructions

    First: In Dutch oven or high lid pan. Add 1 TBS oil to pan, and heat. Take your ground turkey meat and brown. Remove meat to drain in drainer.

    Add: Add 1 TBS of oil to pan or Dutch oven and add your white onion and green onions, sauté until tender. Add the turkey meat back to the onions and mix well together. Then add your black beans, grape tomatoes, and package of Quinoa . Fold together and mix well.

    Seasonings: Add your Taco seasoning, sea salt. black pepper, adobo, garlic powder to give a robust flavor.

    Take your peppers slice in halves, remove the seeds and wash the peppers clean from seeds. Take your turkey mixture and stuff each pepper half full. It's okay to have it spill out. Place each stuffed pepper on baking tray, and top with your favorite shredded cheese. Such as taco shredded cheese.

  • 1 pacakage grape tomatoes cut in chuncks
  • 1 cup green onions
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Adobo
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 1 pacakage tacco seasoning mix
  • 2 TBS Olive oil or vegatable oil
  • 1 package Quinoa
  • 1 bag taco cheese
