Mango Habanero Vegan Stir Fry

    Wash all vegetables to start. Chop bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and green beans into bike-size pieces and combine with (drained) can of corn in a medium to large bowl.

    Grease a large pan and heat the vegetable from step one altogether (medium heat). While they're beginning to cook, chop the habaneros and mango and set aside.

    As veggies begin to cook, add the sweet chili sauce to the mix. Stir veggies around to make sure all are coated in the sauce. Let sit until pan begins to sizzle, stir, and repeat.

    About 5 minutes before you're ready to take the stir fry off of the stove, add the mango and habanero to the pan, and continue to stir.

    Turn off stove and remove stir fry from heat. Serve over brown or white rice, as a side, or just enjoy as is!
