Spinach Canadian baco and parmigiano frittata

    Preheat oven to 375°. Dice your Canadian bacon and mix ithe with the spinach. Line the bottom of a 8*8 pan and grease it with butter. Place the spinach mixture in the bottom. In another bowl, beat eggs,almond milk, Cream, salt & pepper, and garlic powder. Beat until mixed very well. Sprinkle parmigiano around the pan. Pour egg mixture over everything evenly. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

    If using frozen spinach, wring out the excess water.

  • 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese,
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 Canadian Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • 1/4 c Unsweetened almondmilk
  • 1/4 c Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
